Great breakfast, lovely design of this hotel. By the way, venue's parking costs for EUR 15 per day. Worth its 3 stars...

Thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good location to the center 10-12 minutes by subway. We could drink something at Mozart's Restaurant, located 1 km away. The room was perfectly clean, provided with large bathroom and charm of the old vienna style plus separate shower.

In fact, the breakfast was delicious and rich. The beds were good, as were the pillows (which is rare). In the evening you could still sit comfortably in the very beautiful courtyard.

The hotel has a small garden and is near a metro stop.
The bathroom was too small.

Beds were good, breakfast was perfect- with music by Max Rabe !!! Hotel had flair - so I imagine Vienna !. By central location one could explore many things on foot - Naschmarkt, Hofburg, cathedral, etc.
Old ambience calls for extra effort in cleaning such as providing paneling and picture frames!

Breakfast was ok and the room was ok too
It was a bit noisy because the facade was redone and they often did their work right in front of the room. Somewhat old-fashioned

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast plentiful and good, the rooms in the "old" part of the hotel a bit worn but very clean, room size and equipment could not be beat. Stay as always great

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Vienna. the location was perfect - just a minute away from the Gumpendorfer Strasse metro station and bus stop, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The Viennese-style decor, complete with air-conditioning, cable TV, and well-equipped bathrooms, created a charming and comfortable atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delightful. They served a variety of options including sparkling wine and bacon that you could bake in the oven for a unique touch.

Location was close to transport and in the area of town we needed to be in for work. close enough to the city for a quick look around.
We were not given the Suite we booked, we were given a family room instead, so the extra space was unusable for us. We booked the suite as it said it had a separate sitting room/area. We would have been better just booking a double as a second bedroom was not requied for us. I found the staff quite rude (when I mentioned the problem with the room) and also thought the breakfast selection was poor. The hotel is very old and hence creeky floor boards, leaky bathroom etc

I was lucky to be upgraded to a suite... Very nice - and obviously good value for the price! Nice staff, trying to help, very polite. I'll probably come back - in the hope to be upgraded again ;-)
Maybe a little old fashioned ? I don't mind - quite like it actually - but some may prefer brand new rooms/furnitures.
